I believe that leadership is about creating the conditions for others to thrive.
For more than 20 years, I’ve built and led teams, shaped strategy, and helped bring new products and services to life across a wide range of industries and organizational environments. I’ve worked within large enterprises, global consultancies, and fast‑growing companies — experience that’s given me a deep understanding of how people, teams, and systems operate at different scales.
My design and leadership journey
My leadership experience includes executive positions at Salesforce and Capital One, leading and scaling design teams at Accenture/Fjord, building and developing teams at Huge and Schematic, and shaping digital, service, and brand experiences across the enterprise at GE.
Along the way, I co‑founded Kicker Studio, a product design R&D consultancy, and helped established the IxDA Interaction Awards to support and elevate the global interaction design community. I've also taught design at California College of the Arts and the School of Visual Arts, and hold a master's degree in Interaction Design from the Interaction Design Institute Ivrea.
Why I coach
One thread has guided me across all these roles: creating the conditions for others to thrive. But what energized me most wasn't always the systems or products themselves, it was the human side, the way people shape and are shaped by the work they do.
Today, I bring that experience into my work as a leadership coach. I bring a designer’s lens to coaching — curious, systemic, and focused on creating the conditions for growth. I’m trained in Co-Active coaching, an approach that helps leaders develop self-awareness and lead with intention.
I partner with executives, founders, and emerging leaders who want to lead with more clarity, confidence, and purpose, especially those navigating growth, transition, or reinvention. My approach combines deep empathy with practical insight, helping clients think clearly, move intentionally, and create positive impact in their organizations.
A bit more about me
I live in Brooklyn with my husband, daughter, and two cats. I’m continually exploring what it means to stay present, connected, and curious in my everyday life.
